		<description>Do you have any major stress in your life?  Anything that you&#039;re freaking out about?  Bad dreams often come from major stress in your waking life.

One thing that nearly anyone can do, and is effective with virtually any stress, is to take at least 20-30 minutes each day by yourself, and just be quiet, and let your mind be cleared.  Let whatever thoughts come up, come up, but don&#039;t let yourself get caught up in anything in particular.  Just let the thoughts come up, and go away.

It&#039;s almost certain that after you have done this for a few days, you&#039;ll notice a difference in your overall stress level.  It&#039;s also very likely that you will have figured out what the real cause of your stress and anxiety is (it&#039;s often not whatever pops up first on the surface).

Try this for a few days (it may very well not have much effect the first day or two, as you have to get past surface stuff before you get to the deeper stuff that has more impact), hopefully at least a week, and you should notice a decrease in both the strength and frequency of your bad dreams.

I was told by the Holy Spirit to place a Bible inside my pillowcase and this stopped all of my bad dreams.
In the old Testement God often talked to men in their dreams. It makes since that if God (Jesus) can send good dreams , satan can send bad ones!!!
After putting the Bible in the pillow case simply ask Jesus out loud to come into your hart ,mind and soul and do what only he can do.
Do it!  It will cost you nothing and you will gain eveything!!</description>

		<description>Dreams can be very symbolic in general. They can also be categorized as kind of a brain fart; where it really means nothing at all and you should let it go. But, all dreams are a way for your body to get rid of energy that it doesn&#039;t need. Recurring nightmares are frequently caused when the dreamer refuses to acknowledge them when they are awake (such as trying really hard to forget it and fearing itduring the day) until you acknowledge them understand that your body is letting go of something it no longer needs, shake it off and let it go. Referring to symbolism death is translated as emotional strength if you dream your loved ones die it is generally categorized as one of the best symbolic dreams. You are surrounded by very religious (religious can be an emotional state) people that love you and you love as well. To die is to live forever and only love is forever. Do not fear this dream. On another note, I want to discuss a very taboo dream that people suffer unnecessarily with and often becomes a recurring nightmare. If you dream you have sex with a very close relative such as a father, brother, mother or sister, etc... You are holding very deeply embedded feelings of guilt, probably because your subconcious does not like your behavior toward this person.. When you read this your nightmares will end.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m sorry to take so long getting back to you... my life has been somewhat topsy turvy lately.  I would guess that there is something strongly stressful in your life right now... and there&#039;s a fairly good chance that you associate it with either people dying, or going away.  The first thing to do is to find a quiet spot, then sit and write down the first few things that pop into your mind when you think of what is stressful to you.  You may write down a few minor things at first, but whatever the big one is should come up before long... and you&#039;ll know when you&#039;ve hit it, because the last thing you&#039;ll want to do is think about it or deal with it in any way.  Once you have found what that big thing is, you need to seriously look at it, no matter how unpleasant that task is, and determine why it is bothering you so much.  Once you have figured out what it is about the thing that bothers you, figure out one small step you can take to make it better... and when I say small, I mean small.  This step should be something that you can do TODAY, and shouldn&#039;t take more than about an hour (and less is fine, too).

Even taking one small step in the direction of dealing with what is bothering you the most can completely change the way that you look at that thing, and by doing so, remove most of the stress.  It also sets you on the path to really taking care of it, because all you really need to do is keep finding one single small step to take toward taking care of it.  Once you have completed that step, find the next one.  Eventually you will overcome that issue, and can start on the next, and you&#039;ll also have learned to take a positive, forward-moving approach to any issue that may come up in your life.</description>
