Self Development Free For All - What Do You Want To Know

So, time for some reader feedback... what do you want to know about self development? I'm in the mood to answer questions... so somebody ask me one!
In the field of self development, communication, and relationships (the last two of which are so tightly integrated that they might almost be considered one topic) what do you want to know? Do you want a "How To" on having a deeper relationship with your spouse? Do you want to know more about how your level of awareness affects what opportunities you have the chance to take advantage of? How to communicate with someone you dislike?
Do you have a question of your own that I haven't covered? Please, send them to me. You can be as anonymous, or named, as you wish. Your question can be long or short, deep or shallow... you ask it, and I'll answer it, to the best of my ability (which includes researching it if I don't have an answer).
